You can use herbal essential oil which is mixed with 1 tea spoon of sweet almond oil, 3 drops lavender oil, 3 drops chamomile oil, and or 6 drops of peppermint oil. The relaxation technique, you can use this aromatherapy ingredients for massage.

Before you get the migraine (if you had already the history of suffering that disease), you can do some prevent action.  You do it when you are healthy, so that you can decrease it.

First, of course you must avoid too much stress. In every single problem, try to be calm and positive thinking.

Second, do some exercises. People suffer from migraine usually rarely to do exercise. Just in simple exercise like jogging, bike riding, or swimming at least.

Third, eat multivitamin. Try adding fresh green vegetables, fruit, and vitamin in you menu. Make it such daily activity. No need to go on diet, just try to life healthy.

And the last, believe or not, sex can be one of the natural cure to avoid the migraine time.
